Download DTS Designer?

Does anyone know if Microsoft provides a download of DTS Designer that I can use with SQL Server 2005 Express?Ellen,
No. SSIS is not provided with Express.

|||SSIS is not included with Express, but you can use an Express database as a source or destination for an SSIS package. SSIS comes with the Standard, Enterprise, and Developer Editions of SQL Server.
